*ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT - Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Apple Pay, Check, or Cash (if paying in person)

• LITD will review your online submission and follow up with you within the "urgency" timeframe you selected.

• After review, a technician will contact you directly via your preferred method of contact to discuss initial assessment.

• *No payment required until you and LITD agree to move forward, and the issue remains resolved for 48 consecutive hours.*


• If phone troubleshooting does not resolve issue, and user agrees to on-site visit, there is no charge for the phone support. Only on-site visit rates will apply for additional on-site troubleshooting.

Over the Phone Support

Quick Fix - Quick fixes over the phone less than 20 minutes.

Medium Fix - Fixes over phone 20-45 minutes.

Extended Fix - Fixes over Phone 45-90 minutes

Additional Time - Any time over 90 minutes adds additional charge of $20 for an automatic 30 minute addition. Automatic $20 for every additional 30 minutes after crossing each 30 minute threshold. 

On-Site Support

Medium Fix - 1-2 Hours

Extended Fix - 2-4 Hours
*4 hours is max on-site time. Any support requiring more than 4 hours, or multi-day/multi-visit, will be billed at multi-day/multi-visit fix rate.
